• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Time & Costs
• UAE Deliveries: 1–2 business days
• GCC & Middle East: 3–5 business days
• International Deliveries: 5–10 business days
• Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Note: Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN
Return Policy
We want you to love your Jacob & Paul order. While our team carefully checks and quality-inspects each item before shipping, if something isn’t quite right, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Certain items (e.g., accessories, sale items, or intimate apparel) may be non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons, as noted on product pages.
How to Return an Item

2. Once approved, follow the provided return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
REFUND
Refund Policy
• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
